A leaflet 'Windmills and Watermills in the Midlands Open to the Public 2011' gives details of 32 mills in the wider Midlands area which are open to the public. It includes contact details and admission charges, and has a map to help with locating the mills.

The Newsletter is issued free to members, three times a year. It contains the program of meetings and other events, reports of meetings, news about mills, and miscellaneous short articles with a mill theme.

The Journal of the Midland Wind and Water Mills Group
ISSN 0260-504X

'Wind and Water Mills' is published once a year, and contains a miscellany of articles on a variety of mill-related topics. These include reports of surveys of mills carried out by the members, historical papers, and other more general papers. Each volume is between 48 and 84 pages, including photographs, maps and drawings.
